Take Action - Students
As a student, it's your responsibility to look over your healthy phone usage. Monitor how you feel when you are doing certain things on your phone like social media and playing games for a while. Take action when you feel bad about how your are using your phone. My suggestions to improve your cell phone usage are:
- Leave your phone at home(or in your car) when you go to school in order to get the most out of your lessons in class
- Take breaks every 30 minutes to do something besides the internet
- Set daily time limits for yourself in order to not procrastantate other more imoportant things
- Spend an entire week to "detox" from the digital world and go do other stuff
